CCMA Student Exhibition 2025

Submission guidelines

•  Submission deadline Friday February 28 at the end of the day (midnight).
   
• Students may submit up to three artworks for consideration. There is no entry fee.
   
•  Students must have been enrolled in an art course at College of DuPage within the past year to be eligible to enter. 
•  All work must have been completed between January 1, 2024 and February 28, 2025.
   
• All work must be submitted in a digital format for review.
   
• Participants will be notified of selection by March 7, 2025.  
• Selected works must be dropped off at the CCMA ready for hanging from March 17 - 18 between 9am and 5pm. 
• Works must be display-ready, with the appropriate hardware and no work that is unfixed or wet will be accepted. Any video works will be installed by the artists, who will provide necessary materials. 
• The exhibition will be open on March 20, with the reception beginning at 5pm and awards announced at 5:30pm.
   
• Awards will be given in the following categories:
   2D Artwork: 3rd $250, 2nd $500. 1st $750
   3d/New Media: 3rd $250. 2nd $500, 1st $750
   Best in show: $1000  
• Only images in jpeg format are accepted for review.  All files must be a minimum of 300dpi with the longest dimension being no smaller then 1200 pixels. So it you have a horizontal image the horizontal (or longest) dimension should not be less then 1200 pixels.
   
• Submit one jpeg for each 2d work and up to two jpegs for each 3D work if needed
   
• To be considered you must answer all questions and fill in all fields on application.
  
•  NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS
